I found Rick because I contacted multiple agents and he was the first one to contact me back. From our first meeting I felt comfortable and he made sure to give me a clear understanding of the process. I ended up in a bidding war for the house I currently live in and Rick had fabulous communication with the seller’s agent and got a good understanding of exactly what the seller was looking for. We had offered the lower price but the sellers cared more about the closing cost amount. We lowered closing costs and left the price where we were comfortable. We got the house even though the other offers were higher because they wanted more in closing costs. Without Rick’s hard work and great communication I wouldn’t be in my dream home now. He walked me through every step of the process and readily answered every question I had and believe me I had a lot since this was my first time buying a home.
